Born in Paris, France, Hugo Warnant attended the renowned French university of La Sorbonne, studying management and economics. After moving to the United States in 1999, Hugo put his talent and expertise to work as he embarked on a career in the entertainment industry with his own promotional/marketing company. It didn’t take him long to realize that Miami’s booming lifestyle suited him quite well. He had found his home.
Hugo’s fledgling company, RSVD Entertainment, became the talk of the town with its promotion of many prestigious events that drew thousands of locals and tourists weekly to prominent venues in Miami. Coupled with his extensive experience in marketing, Hugo’s knowledge and expertise of this magic city has garnered him an esteemed reputation among the community’s biggest players.
In 2008, Hugo decided to turn his marketing skills toward the Miami real estate market, an industry he’d been both fascinated by and planned his entry into for more than 10 years. He joined the prestigious firm of Fortune International Realty in Miami, Florida, where he became a REALTOR® licensed under Hugo Warnant LLC.
Hugo quickly learned that whether he was marketing a celebrity bash or an oceanfront condo, superior client service and dedication are simply smart business. He is selective in choosing prospective clients because a connection with him is synonymous with a successful marketing campaign through to closing. He displays his proactive approach and unusual marketing skills with fervency and zeal in assuring all of his clients’ properties receive full marketing exposure in the most avant-garde mediums.
Although his friends and colleagues include the well-known in film, music and fashion, Hugo treats each client, customer and associate with the same regard and high professionalism that has earned him his distinguished standing among Miami’s business and social communities.
Hugo joined forces with Related Cervera Realty Services LLC in 2010.

Born in Los Angeles, CA, Asher Ouazanan was raised between Paris and New York. Along the way, he took an innate interest in real estate and studied urban real estate development at Baruch University in New York City. His dedication to the field was exemplified in his position as a property manager for over 500 units in the city.
With aspirations of making his mark on the sunshine state, Asher made the move to South Florida, where he became leasing director for Majestic Properties. The value of being licensed in New York and Florida was proven priceless. Next, he joined the renowned Fortune International Development team as leasing director of the Artech Condominium in Aventura. Today, Asher is working with the team of the renown Jorge Perez of the Related Group and Alicia Cervera at the new Bal Harbour Branch located at the famous Harbour House building.
Asher is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
